"It is further agreed as follows:
1) That anything contained to the contrary, no powers enumerated or accorded to trustees
generally pursuant to law shall be construed to both parties.
2) That to enable the Grantor, or the Trustees/Executors or either of them, or any other
person, to sell, purchase, exchange,or otherwise deal with or dispose of all or any parts
of the corpus or income of the trusts for less than an adequate consideration in money or
monies worth,or to enable the Grantor to borrow all or any part of the corpus or income of
the trusts, directly or indirectly, without adequate interest or security. The powers granted
to both parties may be exercised inwhole or in part, from time to time, and shall be
deemed to be supplementary to and not exclusive of the general powers of trustees
pursuant to law, and shall include all powers necessary to carry them into effect. The
parties agree to jointly partake and work together as team to a transparent transaction.
NB: In the event of any dispute between the parties or default,legal action will be taken by the
British Government on default member or both come in a compromise of settlement and sole
Arbitrator shall befinal andbinding.
This Agreement is entire in itself and cannot be changed or terminated orally. No modification
waiver or amendment of this agreement shall be binding unless communicated in writing and
signed by both the parties. All legally required amendments shall automatically become an
integral part of this Agreement."
Wat zijn de gevolgen voor mij als ik dit contract onderteken?
Is het aangewezen dat ik hiervoor een afspraak maak met een advocatenbureau?
