Redelijk aanbod

#1 , 18 jan 2020 16:01

I'm renting a flat in the center of amsterdam since 2013.
The contract was a temporary lease of 6 months now I suppose extend to indefinite.
Rent increase was state in the contract, should have follow the CPI consumer index price.
Price is 950euro and was never increased.

8 months ago, my landlord passed away and the building was bought by a company who now has made a redelijk aanbod of 1650euro with a 3 years period to get use to the new price (practically the rent will increase of something for the next 3 years and reach the 1650euro)

We are going to sit down to find an agreement (my laywer said is legittime to offer the new lease), and I need to know what are the cards I could play to decrease the amount they are asking.
some ideas?
