I forget pay balasting about car,can I drive normal?what its if I will have police control?

You could be forced to pay the on the spot by both the police and customs plus a fine of minimum 50 EUR. If you can't pay, your car will be held for maximum 96 hours until you pay. If you still can't pay, your call will be confiscated and eventually be sold.
